We had a leak at our summer home we realized when we came up to Pine Point a couple weeks before Christmas. We called multiple roofing companies and Casey returned the call same day and was out to examine the problem next day. We also were planning to have the roof redone in the spring, Casey gave us a quote for the house and garage and was there the week before Christmas and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. Casey and his crew came out to assess a leak in our house multiple times over the course of two weeks. He was nothing but professional, courteous, and well-informed on all the issues. He kept in communication with us throughout and was very pleasant in all phone calls. Casey cares about his customers and works hard for them. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking a roofer.

What an amazing job! I had a leaky skylight and had to replace it or the roof and considering my house is from the 1870's, a new roof plus new skylight seemed like the right choice. Casey was very quick to give me a quote and schedule the work the next week! This, with snow on the ground and the Thanksgiving holiday. His quote was fair, he was very responsive, and his crew were seriously hard working. I cannot recommend Roof Surgeons more. - A very happy customer

The owner was great to worth with ! Contacted him last week and we already have a new roof. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. Roof Surgeons was very prompt and responsive to do a quick repair for us to replace a shingle on our roof in connection with a sale of our house. He made himself available a day after I called him, and got the job done.

I have been trying to get a roofer to my home for literally 6 wks! My neighbor had a Roof Surgeons truck out front of their home. I walked over to ask if he could look at my garage roof when he was done. HE CAME OVER AND FIXED MY ROOF ON THE SPOT!!!!! I'm amazed and thankful there are still KIND people out there! We had 2 leaks on Thursday and I contacted a few roofing companies. The Roof Surgeons called me back immediately and said he would be here the next day. They showed up Friday and repaired both leaks to get me through the rain coming that night. They came back Saturday and put on a whole new roof. OMG I am so thrilled with the excellent customer service and final job! I was desperate to find help for an open area of my roof from the crazy storm last weekend. I had called 2 other places on Thursday and had to leave messages, on Friday still no response from either place. I called the roof surgeons and he answered the phone directly and told me he would be in the area that morning and could get the job done! My house is on the market so timeliness was of the utmost importance! By 12:30 he had completed the job, sent me the pictures of the meticulous completion. And the price was right! I didn't even have to leave work to get it done! I am so appreciative! I recommend the Roof Surgeons without any hesitation! Great job!

Casey Richardson of roof surgeons and his crew just put a new roof on my 3.5 story 3 unit and completed the work in exactly one day!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! He showed up exactly when he said he would, did an incredible job at a good price, and the yard has never been so clean. Can't recommend these guys enough.

There are very few people that would come to the aid of a stranger on the same day they called for help! The Roof Surgeons were immediately responsive to our snow and ice needs and could not have been more prompt, courteous and professional! I am very grateful to Casey and his team for all the hard work they devoted to keeping our roof and ceilings intact between the winter storms of 2017!

We called 5 different commercial roofing company's, 2 were fair quotes and one was better then fair. We almost went with one of the fair quotes because we didn't want to take a chance that we were going to lose quility because of the price. But we took the leap and were couldn't of been happier. We used The Roof Surgeons to repair damaged flashing around our chimney. Called Friday afternoon, the owner and one employee arrived early Saturday morning. They not only repaired the flashing but were repairing other small issues that would've been future problems as they went. Once the repair was finished they made 3-4 passes of the work area to ensure no debris or nails were left behind. I highly recommend them.
